QA/QC Introduction

Main obligations:
1) Working out and implementing management plans,
   and inspecting, supervising and examining quality
   management of each shop
2) Studying and popularizing advanced quality control
   methods, such as data statistic optimization
   methods, value engineering and system engineering
3) Responsible for quality analysis and inspection of
   products
4) Responsible verification and supervision of trends
   and advanced technology of new products, and
   participating assessment of reform of existing
   products
5) Responsible for supervision and inspection of entire
   factory and each-level quality responsibility centers
